Another great blog by Danny Brown about how much we use the same
examples of Comcast / Dell / Zappos and how we need to get away from
that. Even though I am totally guilty of using those examples (and
those of Ford (@scottmonty) and others, I totally agree with what he
has to say. I made a couple of comments on the blog.
